Mark Overdulve, AACI, LEED AP, B.Eng, MBA: 
 
Since 2006, Mark Overdulve has worked as a Real Estate Appraiser in the Calgary area with The Altus Group, Furano Appraisal & Advisory, and MacDonald Copeland (Sage) Appraisers.  Previously, Mark worked as a Computer Engineer in Dallas, TX for Ericsson and in Ottawa for AcceLight Networks.  Mark has been an active real estate investor in BC, AB and SK since 2004 and constructed rental property in AB since 2014. 

Mark obtained a B. Eng from the Royal Military College of Canada in 1998, an MBA from Carleton University in 2004 and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation (PGCV) from UBC's Sauder School of Business in 2008.   With an active interest in sustainable buildings, Mark is trained as a Natural Resources Canada Certified Energy Advisor and LEED^® Accredited Professional.

In his spare time, Mark enjoys spending time with family, reading history and writing.
